WHAT WE DO
- Conducting research and analysis on legal and democratic issues that concern the public interest and promote the common good.
- Engaging in institutional policy advocacy through mechanisms such as the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, public entities, and other branches of government.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and enhancing public capacity in understanding and engaging with legal and advocacy processes.
- Engaging in legal advocacy to ensure the integration of a Green Constitution across all sectors of governance and constitutional practice.
- Undertaking research and critical studies on environmental sustainability, with a focus on advancing the public interest and ecological justice.
